Going Vegan

Hello, Beautiful friends and family.

This post was highly reccomended by many amazing people on Instagram wondering how I have felt ever since I went vegan a month ago so I'm finally getting to it.

When I started practicing IIFYM, and added more dairy into my diet, I noticed I look much more puffy, greasy, and started to feel more and more like crap, and I didn't know why. Also my joints and head were really starting to ache. I watched a few documentaries, Cowspiracy, Earthlings, Vegucated, and Forks Over Knives and it completely changed my life. I went vegan cold turkey because I knew what diary was and now fully understood the harm animal agriculture does to animals, our planet, and us.

Within the first week my joints stopped hurting, I felt a huge increase in energy, my head stopped hurting, I wasn't tierd anymore, and I performed so much better in the gym than I ever did before in my whole fitness journey. I never get worn out and I smash my workouts and have the energy to kill everything I do, including focus in school, sports, and hobbies.

Within another few weeks I had more physical changes happening to my body: I smelled better, my skin was glowing, and hair was softer and had more volume, no acne or breakouts, I felt lighter, my digestion is fantastic, made gains in the gym, and after 4 years of not having a period, I GOT IT BACK. Veganism got my period back over every other diet I tried. I never thought I could feel so great, I had no idea I felt 90 years old until I experienced what veganism can do for your body.

Mentally, I've never felt better. When you feel lighter, stronger, and healthier you become happier and that happiness rubs off on others, I also have a huge weight lifted off my mind knowing I'm no longer contributing to the harm of animals and putting poison in my body. I've never been happier and had my positivity in my life.

Being vegan was by far the best and easiest decision I've ever made. I always feel full, I always feel wide awake, and I feel enlightened and empowered. I highly suggest people give it a try, because it is a suitable diet for everyone and is scientifically the healthiest diet on the planet. It has healed not only my health and body but my mind ans peace as well.

Veganism has freed me.
