Macro Cut for Competition

So, I decided to enter myself into a marathon happening in about 4 months or so as a competition for my school to make cross country finals.

In order to train for this I will need to cut my macros. To be in best shape I can be. I've been bulking for awhile now and I believe I put on enough muscle mass since being underweight to get ripped again for this competition. I will only be having one macrocapper per week, or perhaps smaller sized ones depending on what fits my caloric/macro deficit. I used to be eat without any macrocappers and was slightly underweight until I started weight training and bulked my calories/macros.

I finally feel like I no longer have an eating disorder nagging at me telling me how to eat or what to eat. I just go with the flow. And yeah, I'm scared for this cut because I've been bulking for so long. But I'm ready for this. And I'm 100% to compete again and become and get my college to finals.

I'll be cutting my calories by 500, moving protein to 100 grams, moving my carbs to 400 grams, and my fats to 50.

I'm so excited to get my athletic type body back and get back in the game :)
