Pumpkin Pie Banana Nice Cream Recipe

After many, many requests for recipes on my blog, I decided to post one.

I noticed many of you were interested in my Pumpkin Pie Nice Cream I made on Sunday so here's the recipe.

For the Nice Cream, you need:

-3 Or more Bananas

-1/2 Pumpkin Pure'

-1/2 Teaspoon on Pumpkin Pie Spice

-Maple Syrup or Sweetener of choice (optional)

The Toppings I used, which are optional, but delicious are:

-1/3 Cup Archer Farms Pumpkin Spice Granola

- (2 tbsp) Cinnamon Peanut Butter

-1/4 Teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice

Feel free to get creative with your toppings and nice cream mix ins.

1) For the nice cream, blend 3 or more frozen bananas into a food processor or blender, make sure you break them into smaller ieices to make the process easier and faster.

2) Once the bananas and well blended, add the 1/2 cup of pumpkin, blend until smooth.

3) After the bananas and pumpkin and blended together well and are smooth, add your 1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice, and sweetener, if you're using one. Blend until smooth.

4) Add nice cream into bowl and serve cold with your toppings of choice, or freeze and scoop out later for a frozen treat.
